Happy Halloween

If you're anything like me, the fact that you don't celebrate Halloween won't stop you from making Halloween decorations.
I saw the carved watermelon in the latest Woolworths magazine. I thought Ari would have fun helping me, turns out he wasn't the slightest bit interested!! I'm sure he will be interested when I make slushies from the frozen watermelon.
The Halloween hanger I saw on Pinterest. I used cardboard coasters (from the pub!), off cuts of cardstock and my Cricut - the George cartridge.

Creative kitchen

I decided to do some baking then realised I didn't have any mini muffin cases. I thought I would put my scrapping tools to use in the kitchen! I punched scalloped circles out of baking paper (which doesn't always cut out neatly) and cut a few slits around the circles. I sprayed the tray with oil then popped the circles in. If you have a helper get them to fill the muffin tray with mixture and pop in the oven.

Here is the yummy but healthy recipe :)

Class #2. Sat. Nov. 24th and Sat Dec. 1st 11:30am - 1:30pm
In this class we are embracing Christmas in November! Create a layout to have ready to add your favourite photos from Christmas this year, or to catch up by scrapping photos from a previous year. We are using the beautiful Turtle Dove range from Kaisercraft & adding dimension & decoration to the page with just a little bit of fussy
cutting, bling & embellishment.
Teacher: Philarney
Class only
$15.00
Class + kit
$30.00

Class #3. Nov. 24th and Sat Dec. 1st 2:00pm - 4:00pm
The layout for this class uses the hexagon shape that is currently so popular in scrapbooking. I have used a winter theme on this double page layout, but the blue and grey colour scheme would suit many themes. The Cricut-cut embellishments can also be altered to suit.

Here are a few cards I made up using the new Kaisercraft ranges... yes, I was procrastinating but I wanted to play with these beautiful papers.
